AccomplishmentsThree digital imaging or light assembly jobs were secured which provided work for program participants for over six months; Sixty-two program participants were working in individual community jobs earning minimum to prevailing wages; The total wages earned by all program participants increased by 18% and represented the 10th consecutive year of record setting wages; The cumulative number of program participants exceeds 100 and the number of employees who completed the twelve week personal empowerment curriculum exceeds 50.
Current GoalsIncrease the number of people who work in individual jobs earning minimum to prevailing wages to 79; Implement and serve 24 people through the Personal Employment Project; Increase wages earned by all program participants by 12%;
