To provide American Indian families with programs and services enriched by traditional American Indian values and culture

Impact and Programs

Accomplishments The AIFC restructured and expanded essential programming in response to feedback from families and partners in the community. In addition, AIFC revenue and resources increased. These accomplishments allowed more families to receive essential employment and mental health services.
Current Goals The AIFC will be working with community partners to inform programs and to most effectively work with families to help meet their needs. In addition, the AIFC is looking to enhance it's marketing and development efforts to result in additional, varied resources to support the organization. The AIFC is looking to expand chemical health services to outpatient services. In addition, mental health services will be expanded to out state through telemedicine.
Community or Constituency Served The AIFC serves American Indian families in the greater metropolitan Twin Cities area of MN.
Geographic Area Served The AIFC serves American Indian families residing in Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota and Washington Counties in MN.
