AccomplishmentsIn 2015, People Incorporated reached over 10,000 individuals through more than 60 different programs throughout the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. 97% of clients reported to be satisfied with ther services they received at People Incorporated. 92% of clients reported their quality of life improved after seeking support from people incorporated. Clients also agree at a 98% rate that they are treated with respect at People Incorporated, 97% feel that People Incorporated works effectively with their culture, and 97% felt they were involved in creating their care plan.
Current GoalsPeople Incorporated – 2016-2018 Strategic Goals will focus on 4 key areas: Quality-We will achieve outcomes based on best practices with the populations we serve; Personnel-We will become the employer of choice by attracting, developing and retaining exceptional employees; Finance-We will improve our financial position to ensure long-term viability; Advancement-We will increase access to community-based services for persons with mental illness through public and private fundraising, increasing volunteer efforts and creating public awareness of our programs and services
